How We Work

The same five stages run on every project, whether it is a single reception wall or a multi city office portfolio. The point of a fixed process is that you always know which stage you are in and what happens next.

• Survey and brief. Every surface measured and photographed on site, alongside what the space needs to say and what the budget is. No design work happens before that.
• Design and costing. Visuals shown in context on your own walls, with a line item budget issued at the same time so you can see what each element costs.
• Production. Printing, fabrication and finishing to the approved drawings, with materials chosen for your lease position so nothing damages the premises.
• Installation. Evenings, weekends or shutdown periods, with the floor handed back cleaned and ready to use the next morning.
• Wrap up and report. Spend against budget, photographs of the finished space, and an honest note on what to change for the next floor.

Where We Deliver

We are headquartered in Bengaluru with an owned team across the metros and vetted delivery partners everywhere else, which is how we execute across 100+ Indian cities. Most office branding work runs out of Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata and Ahmedabad, and we travel for the rest.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will installation disrupt work?

It should not. We install in the evenings, over weekends or during shutdown periods, and hand the floor back cleaned.

We lease our office. Can the branding be removed?

Yes. We specify removable vinyl and non invasive fixing for leased premises so you get the deposit back. Tell us the lease position at the survey stage.

Do you design, or do we send artwork?

Either. Most clients send brand guidelines and we design to the space. If you have finished artwork we will adapt it to the wall dimensions and advise on resolution.

How long does a full office take?

Three to four weeks from survey to installation for a single floor, with design approval usually the longest stage.

Can you do multiple offices in different cities?

Yes, with one design standard and local production, which keeps freight cost and lead time down.
