Tingle Works keeps fabrication inside its own workshop network so the schedule is ours to control. One partner for design, build, transport and installation means one person to call when something changes, and something always changes.

How We Work

The same five stages run on every job, whether it is a single backdrop or a full venue build. The point of a fixed process is that you always know which stage you are in and what happens next.

• Brief and drawings. We start with the venue, the dimensions, the materials and the budget. Nothing is cut before drawings are approved in writing.
• Costing and proofing. A line item budget alongside the drawings, and a printed proof so colour is approved before the full run rather than after it.
• Fabrication. Built in our own workshop network, routed to the location nearest the venue to cut freight cost and the risk of transit damage.
• Transport and install. Crated and insured to site, installed by our own crews inside the venue’s window, around the clock where the schedule demands it.
• Dismantle and report. Site clearance quoted in the same scope, then spend against budget and an honest note on what to change next time.

Where We Deliver

We are headquartered in Bengaluru with an owned team across the metros and vetted delivery partners everywhere else, which is how we execute across 100+ Indian cities. Most production and fabrication work runs out of Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata and Ahmedabad, and we travel for the rest.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you fabricate in house?

Through our own workshop network rather than the open market. That is why we can commit to install dates, because we are not queueing behind someone else’s job.

What file formats do you need for print?

Vector artwork as AI, EPS or PDF at actual size, fonts outlined, with 10mm bleed. If you only have a raster file, send the largest version you hold and we will advise on the print size it supports.

Can you match our exact brand colours?

Yes. Give us the Pantone or the CMYK build and we will run a proof for approval before the full print. Colour on fabric and on vinyl will differ slightly, and the proof shows you that honestly.

How is damage during transport handled?

Everything is crated and insured. We carry spares for critical elements and can reprint locally in most major cities within a day.

Do you take the structure down afterwards?

Yes. Dismantling and site clearance are quoted in the same scope. Venues charge for overstay, and that is not a surprise you should be handed.
