Exhibitions

You have paid for the space and the travel. What decides the return is whether a visitor walking the aisle turns their head and steps in.

Tingle Works designs the stall around that moment, builds it to the organiser’s regulations, installs it overnight and takes it down when the hall closes. You arrive to a finished stand. We fabricate through our own workshop network rather than the open market, which is why we can commit to install dates instead of hoping a subcontractor delivers.

We build for trade fairs, expos and industry shows across India, with fabrication routed to the workshop nearest the venue to keep transport cost and damage risk down.

What This Includes

Every engagement is scoped to the brief, so you take what you need and nothing you do not. These are the areas we cover under Exhibitions.

  • Custom Stall Design. Bespoke stands designed around sightlines, traffic flow and the one metre of floor that decides whether someone steps in.
  • 3D Design & Walkthroughs. A 3D visual and walkthrough approved before a single panel is cut.
  • Modular & Shell Scheme Upgrades. Cost effective upgrades that lift a standard shell scheme above its neighbours.
  • Kiosks & Pop Up Counters. Compact formats for smaller footprints and in mall retail.
  • Double Storey Builds. Two level stands with structural approvals and load calculations handled.
  • AV & Interactive Installations. Screens, touch interfaces and demo areas integrated into the build, not bolted on.
  • Installation & Dismantling. Overnight install crews and post show dismantling with site clearance.
  • On Site Supervision. A supervisor on the floor for the duration of the show.
  • Storage & Reuse Between Shows. Modular builds stored and refreshed between shows to cut cost across a season.
  • Organiser Compliance & Approvals. Drawings, structural approvals, power load, rigging permissions and health and safety files.

How We Work

The same five stages run on every build, whether it is a shell scheme upgrade or a double storey stand. The point of a fixed process is that you always know which stage you are in and what happens next.

  • Brief and objective. We start with the show, the stand size, what you are demonstrating and what the budget is. No design work happens before that is written down and agreed.
  • Design and costing. You approve a 3D visual and a walkthrough alongside a line item budget, with two rounds of revision included as standard.
  • Approvals and fabrication. Drawings filed with the organiser, structural and power approvals cleared, then the build starts at the workshop nearest the venue.
  • Install and show. Overnight install crews, a supervisor on the floor for the duration, and dismantling with site clearance when the hall closes.
  • Wrap up and report. Spend against budget, photographs of the finished stand, and an honest note on what to change for the next show.

Where We Deliver

We are headquartered in Bengaluru with an owned team across the metros and vetted delivery partners everywhere else, which is how we execute across 100+ Indian cities. Most exhibition work runs out of Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata and Ahmedabad, and we travel for the rest.

Frequently Asked Questions

How early do you need the brief?

Four to six weeks for a custom build of any size. The organiser’s approval process and material lead times, not our workshop, set the floor.

Do you provide a 3D design before we commit?

Yes. You approve a 3D visual and a walkthrough before fabrication starts, with two rounds of revision included in the standard scope.

Can the stall be reused at the next show?

If it is designed to be. Tell us at the briefing stage and we will build in modular sections and store them between shows. It costs a little more upfront and considerably less over three shows.

Who deals with the exhibition organiser?

We do. Drawings, structural approvals, power load, rigging permissions and the health and safety file. You should not be reading a show manual.

Do you work outside the major metros?

Yes. We fabricate at the nearest workshop in our network, which keeps freight cost and the risk of transit damage down.
