Corporate Events
A corporate event is a business meeting with a production budget. It has an objective, an audience that has been pulled away from work, and a finance team that will ask what it achieved. Tingle Works plans and executes corporate events that answer all three, annual days, townhalls, dealer meets, conferences, awards nights, leadership summits and product launches, delivered end to end.
We handle the whole of it: the concept, the venue, the stage and set, the content flow, the hospitality, the vendor chain, the permissions and the wrap up report that lands on your desk afterwards. You brief one project lead, not eleven suppliers. Headquartered in Bengaluru and operating across more than a hundred cities, we run the same event to the same standard whether it is in Whitefield or Wayanad.
Most of our corporate work is repeat business from marketing, HR and admin teams who need a single partner they do not have to re brief every year.

What This Includes
Every engagement is scoped to the brief, so you take what you need and nothing you do not. These are the areas we cover under Corporate Events.
- Annual Day. Company wide celebrations designed to recognise milestones and lift morale, from a 200 person offsite to a 3,000 guest production.
- Townhall. Structured, well produced townhalls that keep every location aligned, including hybrid and multi city broadcasts.
- Dealer & Channel Partner Meets. Meets that strengthen dealer relationships and drive channel engagement, run city by city to one creative standard.
- Conferences & Summits. End to end conference planning, from venue selection and delegate management to on ground execution and content capture.
- Awards Night. Polished award ceremonies with trophy design, nomination management, show flow and anchor coordination.
- Leadership Summit. Focused summits built around strategy, culture and vision, with the discretion senior audiences expect.
- Employee Engagement Programmes. Ongoing engagement calendars, festivals, sports days, family days, reward and recognition moments.
- Product Launch. Launches built to create anticipation before the reveal and coverage after it.
- Offsites & Team Retreats. Venue sourcing, travel, activity design and on ground management for residential offsites.
- Long Service & Reward Ceremonies. Recognition events with personalised production and gifting.
How We Work
The same five stages run on every project, whether it is a fifty person townhall or a multi city rollout. The point of a fixed process is that you always know which stage you are in and what happens next.
- Brief and objective. We start with what the event has to achieve, who is in the room and what the number is. No concept work happens before that is written down and agreed.
- Concept and costing. You get a creative direction and a line item budget at the same time, so you can see exactly what each idea costs before anything is committed.
- Production planning. Vendors booked, permissions filed, drawings approved and a run sheet circulated. One project lead owns the whole chain and stays your single point of contact.
- Execution on ground. Our team is on site through load in, rehearsal, show and dismantle. Changes on the day go through written re approval so nothing lands as a surprise on the invoice.
- Wrap up and report. Every project closes with spend against budget, what was delivered and an honest note on what to change next time.

Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should we book a corporate event?
For an annual day or conference of 500 guests or more, eight to ten weeks is comfortable. We have delivered in three. Shorter timelines mostly cost money rather than quality, venue and artist availability narrows, and rush charges apply on fabrication and print.
Do you work to a fixed budget?
Yes. Tell us the number first and we will design to it. A line item costing is issued before anything is committed, and any change is re approved in writing before it is spent.
Can you run the same event across several cities?
That is most of what we do. One creative concept, one production standard, one project lead, executed city by city through our own team and vetted local partners across Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai and Pune.
Who handles venue permissions and compliance?
We do. Venue NOCs, police permissions where required, fire and safety clearances, and music licensing are part of the scope, not an extra line.
What do we receive after the event?
A wrap up report within seven working days: attendance, agenda adherence, spend against budget, photographs and video, and an honest note on what to change next time.
